Bookings are provisional and are not confirmed until written confirmation has been sent to you following
the appropriate deposit or payment being made. Online bookings will be confirmed within 24 hours. If a booking is made SIX weeks or more before the
booking is due to start a deposit of 25% of the rent is due on booking. If a booking is
made LESS THAN SIX weeks before the start of the holiday, the full rent must be paid at the time of booking.
Once the booking has been accepted by us on payment of either the deposit or full payment due, you
are liable for the balance of the payment of rent, plus any additional charges booked, six weeks before the start of the booking.
All payments are non refundable and we strongly suggest that you take out holiday cancellation cover. All prices quoted include
VAT where applicable and Insurance Premium Tax where applicable at current rates. Payment may be made by cheque, postal order,
debit or credit card, Paypal or cash by registered post. Any charges raised against us by our bank for handling any form of
payment, or charges for dishonoured cheques, or charges for overseas transfers, will be passed onto you and you are liable
to reimburse us within 7 days of notification of same. Credit Card Transactions and Paypal payments are liable to an additional
charge of 2.5% (not Debit Cards). Where a deposit only has been paid and where any balance outstanding has not been made by the due
date, you authorise us to debit the card provided for the deposit payment to finalise the booking.
to confirmed bookings will be subject to a £25 administration charge.
We do not offer holiday insurance - The deposit and all extras booked
are non refundable and we suggest that if not already covered by a suitable household insurance policy that
cancellation cover is taken out. Once we have sent confirmation of your booking the balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Should you cancel your booking for any reason the full balance will still remain due, however if we are able to rebook the
property we may be able to refund part of the balance outstanding.
Arrival & Departure
Times: Bookings commence at 4.00pm, unless otherwise notified, on the first day of
your holiday and end at 10.00am on the day of departure. You are welcome to arrive at the resort before this time and make
use of the onsite facilities until such time as your keys become available.
Pets are allowed in our properties by prior arrangement, subject to payment of the
appropriate fee. Dogs must be well behaved and kept under control at all times, are not allowed in bedrooms, and must not
be left unaccompanied in the property. Any excess cleaning over and above the fee charged will be debited to your credit or
debit card provided or invoiced to you by us as soon after departure as possible, as per “Condition of Property / Inventory”
Linen: Bed Linen is included in the
price, and beds will be made up on arrival. Towels unfortunately are NOT provided at any of our accommodation,
however an onsite laundry is available to keep your towel and laundry requirements to a minimum.
Fuel costs: All gas and electricity costs are included in the booking price.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking,
however smoking is permitted in all outside areas, and a smoking shelter with tables and chairs is provided outside the entertainment
Internet / Wi-Fi:
Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available for the duration of
your stay for both business and leisure use and coverage is available in the main reception, bar & restaurant areas.
Parking: Parking is available directly outside each
property with space for 2 family cars. Any vehicle and its contents are parked entirely at your risk.
Condition of Property / Inventory: Before you arrive your property will have
been cleaned and the inventory checked. Discrepancies and any damage found should be reported within 24 hours of arrival to
the Owner or site reception, the inventory will otherwise be deemed to be correct. Losses, damage or any cleaning necessary
over and above normal servicing, will be invoiced to you on or as soon after departure as possible. By accepting these terms
and conditions you authorise us to deduct payment for these items from your credit card or debit card.
Brochure Descriptions: Photographs
of the interiors of properties are representative only and interiors may vary. Changes to external premises or facilities
described or changes to availability of properties are outside of our control and cannot be relied upon absolutely. We take
no responsibility for noise or nuisance resulting from third party activity over which we have no control. You are responsible
for ensuring the property is suitable for your needs prior to booking.
to Property: You are liable for the full cost of any damage caused to or within the
property during the letting and for any excessive cleaning costs over and above a standard exit clean. By accepting these
terms and conditions you agree to us taking payment for any damages or cleaning charges from your Credit or Debit Card up
to the value of £500. You acknowledge that this does not limit your liability for damages in excess of this amount.
The cost of any damage charge will be sent to you on or as soon after departure as possible.
In the case of all male / female groups and ALL bookings for under 25's :
A separate £50.00
Per Person damage / security deposit is payable at the time of booking or is to be lodged in cash with reception on arrival.
This is fully refundable following satisfactory property inspection on departure less any deductions. Should the cost
of damage exceed the damage deposit held you authorise us to debit the booking credit or debit card with the balance or to
raise an invoice for payment within 7 days if no card is held on file. In each case a fully itemised invoice will be
provided to you. If for any reason your party has to be ejected from site by the management we reserve the right to charge
your card for any costs involved, to raise an invoice, or in the case of a cash deposit to retain such amount as is required.
The Letting: The Letting confers upon you the right
to occupy for a holiday within the meaning of schedule 1, Paragraph 9 of the Housing Act 1988. You agree: (a) To pay for any
losses or damage to the property however caused (reasonable wear and tear excepted). (b) To take good care of the property
and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the tenancy. (c) To permit the Owner, the Representative and the
Agent reasonable access to the property. (d) Not to part with possession of the property or share it except with members of
the party as shown on the booking form. In no circumstances may the number of people exceed the stipulated description. A
cot may only be occupied by a child aged 24 months or less. (e) Not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants
of adjoining premises. (f) Not to use the property for any commercial purposes. In the event of breach of these terms and
conditions you may be required to leave the property during the period of the booking without compensation. (g) where additional
facilities such as a telephone or broadband are provided you agree not to make unreasonable use of these facilities. Tenants
agree that where use is deemed as unreasonable by the Agent, the Owner or the Representative, this will be invoiced to you
on departure as per “Damage to Property” above.
Size & Party: Unless expressly agreed in advance by us, and subject to payment of the group damage deposit of £50
PP no group bookings are accepted where all party members are under 25 years of age and unless expressly
agreed in advance by us, no group bookings are accepted where all members are of the same sex, unless the group consists of
members of the same family across a number of generations. We reserve the right to refuse access to the property without compensation
where no agreement has been given in advance. Your right to occupy the property may be forfeited without compensation, or
an additional charged levied, if: (a) more people or guests than specified on the Booking Form and/or the number the Property
holds, attempt to take up occupation; (b) Overnight guests are entertained without the Owner’s express permission; (c)
Any activity is undertaken which may cause unreasonable damage, noise or disturbance. The agreed exception
to this rule is only deemed to have been accepted by us on payment of the refundable damage deposit and will be detailed on
your booking form
Liability: We do not accept
liability for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property, which the Tenants
or anyone connected with the letting may incur. We reserve the right to provide alternative accommodation/s or cancel owing
to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If for any reason beyond our control the property is not available on the
date booked (owing to fire damage for example) or we deem the property as unsuitable for holiday letting, all rent and charges
paid in advance by the Tenants will be refunded in full, and you shall have no further claim against us. Such rents
and charges shall only be refunded if alternative accommodation is not provided. Disclaimer: All properties are used
at your own risk. Special care must be taken by you and members of your party at properties where there is a swimming pool,
balcony or elevated terrace, which are used at your own risk. Parents should ensure that their children are supervised in
such areas at all times.
Authority to Sign: The
person making the booking certifies that he or she is authorised to agree the Terms and Conditions on behalf of all persons
included in the party, including those substituted or included at a later date. He or she agrees to take responsibility for
the party occupying the property.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: The validity, construction and performance of this Agreement shall be governed by English Law. The
Tenants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Complaints: All complaints must be notified to us immediately to ensure sufficient time is given to investigate
and/or take the necessary remedial action. Compensation will not be offered where you have denied us the opportunity to rectify
matters during the holiday.
The Atlantic Reach holiday site is primarily a family resort, and as such
all guests are required to treat staff and other holiday guests with respect and consideration. You agree to not cause an
annoyance or to become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining premises, any abusive or drunken behaviour or failure to adhere
to the site rules may result in eviction from the site with forfeiture of all monies paid and the loss of your damage/security
deposit paid – This is entirely at the on site managements discretion and no compensation will be paid by us if
this action has to be taken
